Can I use Stokka today?

Yes. Stokka is live and running in manufacturing businesses today. General availability has not opened, so new customers come in by invitation: a founder onboards each one personally, which is why we take on a small number at a time. Request an invite and we will come back to you. Founding-cohort pricing is held through the end of 2027 from the day you start.

Who is Stokka built for?

Small-to-medium manufacturers, brands, and distributors with one to a hundred people. You're past spreadsheets. Multiple locations, real BOMs, multi-channel sales, and you need a real ERP that does not take six months and a consultant to stand up.

How much does it cost?

Stokka is quoted per deployment while we rework how it is packaged, so there is no public price list right now. What moves the number: how many sites and legal entities you run, how many people need access, order and SKU volume, the integrations you need connected, and whether you are migrating from an existing system. What does not: core functionality. Every customer runs the full product, with unlimited users. We gate scale and compliance, never the basics. What integrates with Stokka?

Stripe for billing, Xero and QuickBooks sync for accounting, and Shopify for online sales are all live in the product today, along with CSV import for onboarding. Additional shipping carriers and marketplaces are on the roadmap.

Do BOMs and assemblies cost extra?

No. Multi-level bills of materials, assemblies, and disassemblies are on every plan. They're core, not premium.

Can I try Stokka before committing?

There is no self-serve trial. Onboarding is founder-led, so instead of an unattended trial you get a working setup with your own products, stock and BOMs loaded, walked through with one of us. Request an invite and we will scope it with you.

How quickly can we be running?

Days, not months. Most teams are running within one to three weeks depending on data volume and integration depth. A founder does the onboarding personally, walking you through setup step by step, with CSV import and Xero / QuickBooks / Shopify sync doing the heavy lifting.

How is Stokka different from Cin7, Katana, or Fishbowl?

Same core power (real-time stock, BOMs, purchasing, sales) with modern UX, unlimited users on Growth and up (no per-seat fees), and setup in days not months. We're a full ERP built for growing manufacturers, without the rollout that usually comes with one.

Where is my data hosted?

EU servers, built to GDPR principles. You own your data. Full data export is live in the product.

Does Stokka support batch and serial number tracking?

Yes, in the product today. Lots carry expiry dates and picking is automatically first-expired-first-out, skipping quarantined stock. Serial numbers are scanned in and out, and any serial can be looked up for its current location and full life history. Lot and serial genealogy survives assembly and disassembly, so you can trace which component batches went into which finished goods. The dedicated one-screen recall report, forward and backward from any batch on one page in under a minute, is live in the product.

Does Stokka do production planning?

Yes, in the product today. One click turns every open production order into a week-by-week plan against real machine capacity, planned from live shop-floor progress. Routings carry setup and run times, machine affinity, and outsourced steps with lead times. Schedule and capacity boards show load against available hours per machine per week, an at-risk board ranks orders with the week each must start, and a planning exceptions list surfaces data defects before they corrupt a plan. It is weekly rough-cut capacity planning, not a day-level Gantt simulator.

Can Stokka read my supplier invoices automatically?

Yes. Drop a PDF or photograph a supplier invoice and Stokka reads the whole document, European number and date formats included, into a draft purchase invoice with a confidence badge on every field. Suppliers and products are matched by VAT number, IBAN, SKU and fuzzy name; duplicates are detected before they become double payments. Corrections are learned per supplier and applied to their next invoice automatically. Intake is upload and camera.

Can I connect an AI assistant to Stokka?

Yes. Stokka ships a first-party connector so you can ask Claude about your own inventory, orders and builds. It is OAuth-consented, scoped to your organisation, and strictly read-only, and cost prices and margins are deliberately excluded from what the AI can see.

Does Stokka support SSO and enterprise security?

Yes, shipped today: SAML and OIDC workforce SSO with named setup templates for eight identity providers, DNS domain verification, enforcement mode, and break-glass protection so an identity-provider outage can never lock out every owner. Alongside it: passkeys, TOTP two-factor that also fires on social sign-in, breach-checked passwords, an exportable security audit log with owner alerts, and GDPR data subject requests submitted and tracked in-product. Can I switch from Unleashed to Stokka?

Yes, there is a guided migration wizard purpose-built for it. It imports products, suppliers, customers, multi-level BOMs and costed opening stock, validated row by row before anything is written, so your stock valuation is right from day one.

What reports does Stokka include?

Stock on Hand with valuation at average landed cost, a reorder report with a Create PO button on every row, sales profitability with margin and below-cost flags, a margin report on your choice of cost basis, purchase spend by order and line, an assembly cost report with trends, and an org-wide activity feed. Big CSV exports run as background jobs and every filtered view is a shareable URL.

Does Stokka handle multiple warehouses and bin locations?

Yes. Unlimited warehouses, own or 3PL, with per-warehouse reorder points. Bin locations are opt-in per warehouse with up to 10 hierarchy levels, rolled-up totals, default receiving bins, and scan-friendly pickers built for warehouse tablets. Stock takes support scoped counts, blind mode, and serial scan-to-count with a permission-gated write-off step.
