Questions that always come up.
- Why aren't the prices listed?
- We are reworking how Stokka is packaged, and we would rather quote you accurately than publish a number we are about to change. The packages below are real; tell us which one looks like you and we will give you a figure.
- How do you decide what it costs?
- Sites and legal entities, how many people need access, order and SKU volume, the integrations you need connected, and whether you are migrating from an existing system. Core functionality never moves the number.
- Is the whole product included, or are features gated?
- The whole product. We gate scale and compliance, never the basics. There is no cut-down edition, and core capability does not sit behind an upgrade.
- Can I pay in USD or GBP?
- Yes. EUR, USD and GBP invoicing are supported from day one. Multi-currency settlement is tracked inside the product.
- What if I outgrow Stokka?
- You own your data. Full CSV export is live in the product. BOMs, orders, stock, shipments. We don't lock you in.
- What about batch traceability, MRP and shop-floor?
- Batch and serial traceability, production planning and the one-screen recall report are in the product today, on every package. Shop-floor tablet mode and forecast-driven MRP netting are on the roadmap and land for everyone as they ship, no upcharge. See /roadmap for the order and the rough timing.
- Can I start today?
- Stokka is live and running in manufacturing businesses now. General availability has not opened, so new customers come in by invitation and a founder onboards each one personally. Founding-cohort pricing is held through the end of 2027 from the day you start.
